Can I just say how much of a love/ hate relationship I have with lighting! Love it because it adds so much character and ambiance to a space, hate it because there are so many options out there, that even an interior designer can get overwhelmed at times. Lucky for you, we have spent time sourcing lighting for many projects over the years, and we know how to decipher the good from the bad! I’m going to be sharing a list of some of my favorite lights we’ve come across lately.

Snellling: wall light 2.0

I mean, COME ON, is this not the cutest sconce you’ve ever seen? Not into pink? White too boring? No worries, they have a bunch of other colors and variations for you to choose from! This sconce is a keeper because it’s simple and elegant while adding so much personality to any room!

mitzi: Bea 1 Light Wall Sconce

This sconce is my version of, “Business in the front, party in the back!” When you look at this beauty from the front, you see how modern and sleek it is. Then, you see it from a different angel, and the squiggles give this sconce that fun whimsical essence that your space might be calling for!

Sunday shop: Three Tiered Wall Shade

If you’re craving a laid-back bohemian vibe, then I would recommend this little guy! This light fixture is made out of natural raffia fibers and when paired with the right materials, it will transform any space into an organic modern oasis.

virginia sinn: LUNAR SCONCE, SPECKLED / TERRACOTTA

This one’s a classic, if you know...you know! Can’t commit to a hardwired sconce above your bedside tables? Try this super cute plug-in sconce, I think you’ll love her! Do you remember that squiggly candlestick holder from my last post, that was Virginia Sinn too!

etsy: spark and bell

Here’s a little secret! If you’re ever looking for affordable light fixtures, check out Etsy! You’ll find tons of special and unique lighting, just like this one from Spark and Bell!

incommonwith: disc orb pendant

When thinking about which pendants I wanted to include on this list, I couldn’t resist this one! You can modify the colors of this light fixture in just about any way you want to, which is what makes it so special! But we’re always a sucker for pink and green!

lOSTINE: Lawrence Pendant

Can we take a moment of silence for how stunning this pendant is? I didn't know it was possible to make a light that is both funky and sleek at the same time! You can’t go wrong with this one! We recently used two in a project, and hung them at varying lengths to create even more fun!

Anthropologie: Rosalita pendant

Woven light fixtures are my most recent obsession, whether it’s a pendant or a sconce, I love them all the same! They elevate interiors in such a unique and unconventional way and instantly add warmth to any space!

luna sibai: shams pendant

This pendant is simplicity at its finest! Sometimes all you need is a ceramic pendant to pull together a space and this one is so charming!

cb2: HAKKA CONICAL RATTAN FLUSH MOUNT LIGHT

I said it once and I’ll say it again : Texture is SO important! I always look for ways to add texture to my designs and lighting is one of my favorite ways, especially when it’s woven!

anthropologie: Naomi Flushmount

If you’re looking to integrate elegance and a sense of timelessness into your design, then here it is! This light will take your home to another level!

the future perfect: spun cluster

This chandelier is a great way to truly make your home feel special and unique. I promise you, it will elevate your space in ways you didn’t even know were possible!

crate & barrel: Sardinia 6-Light Plaster Chandelier

I love incorporating plaster into my designs! Plaster is great because it brings in loads of texture and dimension to the look and feel of the home!
